Review -The House Of Flying Daggers

"The House of Flying daggers" - is not a suitable title for the movie, it ought to be "Romeo must not die". Well that's what it turned out to be after a worthless one and half hour in the and another 2 hours outside the theatre. It's all the same old love triangle story with a martial arts touch it.
Well anyway, we can consider that most of the Chinese movies (at least hose released in India) are watched only for their martial arts clips in the movie. This has some which are unbelievably the most complex, most mind-boggling and most physically infeasible. We have, in the past, seen Chinese actors shooting the enemies as they glide or run with arrows and unmistakably the enemy falls unless it is the final boss. But, this movie has got a step forward in this by making the guy shoot the arows with such an accuracy that they pass through the clothes but not the body even though he was running while shooting the arrows. This was done so that the girl believes in the nature of the guy who was a police official who (acts) releases the girl from the prison and goes along with her telling that he is a believe in The House. The girl is incidentally blind (acts).
If this is not enough, there is a shot in which other police guys starts chasing these two for real, i.e. to kill them, where they run on the bamboo shoots and shoot bamboo shoots as they run. This is not it, even though they keep running they shoot the sharpened bamboos at theses two which is yet a mystery to me i.e. I don't get how the hell were they able to run, shoot and sharpen more bamboos at the same time. Well, only explanation is that they are running at such a speed that hey have the time dialton ffect coming into play.
If you are still positive about this story you can read another scene, the last 20 mins from my friends blog where I suppose two of the three characters die.
If you are still positive then it is ur fate that u enjoy only stupid movies.
